I’m Mike Millar, and I’ve been in the trade for over 20 years. You could say it runs in the family — my father started plumbing back in the 1970s in Kilmarnock, Scotland, and passed his skills and work ethic down to me and my brother. Both of us apprenticed under Dad, before going on to run our own businesses.

Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for heating systems. I trained in heating engineering, working extensively with diesel boilers and radiator systems for more than two decades. Today, I specialise in tailored heating solutions, including underfloor heating, radiator installations, and efficient boiler systems to keep homes warm and comfortable.

I also have a strong focus on full bathroom renovations — helping clients bring their ideas to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that lasts.

The plumbing and heating industry has evolved a lot, and I’ve kept pace every step of the way. Regular upskilling is part of the job, and I pride myself on staying ahead so I can offer the best possible solutions to my clients. Whether it’s a full renovation or a specialised heating install, I believe in doing the job properly, charging fairly, and standing by my work.
